Our current 5-year fixed rate is 3.59%. A pre-qualification is available on this rate for 60 days. This states that based upon your current financial situation you will qualify pending supporting documentation and credit history. Once you and the property are approved by the lender, the rate will be held. If you need further clarification, please fill out the online application and discuss with your SMP mortgage coordinator.
