If your property is closing within 30 days, you may want to opt for the lower "No Frills" rate. Please review the rate guidelines provided below:
- Amortization 18-35 years available
- Loan to Value (LTV): 95% Maximum
- Prepayment Privilege: 5% / 5%
- Minimum Beacon Score: 680
- Minimum $60,000 mortgage amount
- Default Insurance Providers: CMHC & Genworth Financial
- Owner Occupied Only/Principal Residence only
- Payment frequency: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly
- Portable/assumable upon qualification
Be sure to check the box “I’m interested in the No Frills rate” when completing the online application. Once you apply, you will receive by email a list of required documents that you must provide in full before your application will be submitted to the lender for the No Frills rate.
