  • Loan to Value (LTV): 95% Maximum
  • Prepayment Privilege: 5% / 5%
  • Minimum Beacon Score: 680
  • Minimum $60,000 mortgage amount
  • Default Insurance Providers: CMHC & Genworth Financial
  • Owner Occupied Only/Principal Residence only
  • Payment frequency: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly
  • Portable/assumable upon qualification

Be sure to check the box “I’m interested in the No Frills rate” when completing the online application. Once you apply, you will receive by email a list of required documents that you must provide in full before your application will be submitted to the lender for the No Frills rate.
